About the Company

The company E & R Enterprises Unlimited was conceived in the minds of its owners Eleanor
Marsh and Rusty Young several months before it actually became registered as an LLC with the State of Arizona in May of 2007. E & R Enterprises Unlimited LLC has several divisions operating under its umbrella. Those divisions include internet sales-Forever Somethings, internet sales thru E-Bay, a greeting card business thru Send Out Cards, a travel business thru YTB, and other investments. E & R Enterprises is licensed, bonded and insured.

Early in the year of 2008 friends began telling us that Awhatukee (a part of Phoenix) needed a good pet sitting service. They said the service needed to be customized to the customers needs, not just—here is what we do take it or leave it. After much thought and planning While You’r Away Services was registered with the State of Arizona in April 2008. We decide that the service would be unique and highly customized. We decided to offer a service for both pet check and house check. We would actually listen to the customer and let them tell us what they wanted.

As pet and home owners we liked that concept and thought others would too. Like our other divisions While You’r Away Services is operated under the umbrella of E & R Enterprises LLC.

About Eleanor Marsh

Eleanor Marsh has over 41 years experience in customer service. Her experience has been gained in sales with a major computer company, owing her own interior decorating company and in the banking industry. All of these companies have been very customer service orientated. It was good training for anyone wanting to start a unique and customized business of any kind.
